Be sure to check your spam folder (and all tabs in Gmail - sometimes it is sent to “promotions”). If you still haven't received the verification email, the issue may arise from firewall settings within your email address, especially if you are using

Sometimes, Gmail’s firewalls corrupt the link if sent via email too many times. Just reach out to us and we will provide a fresh copy of the same link!
- Mobile and Desktop Content Aren't Syncing
After purchasing a title on the Zoundy website, it should also appear on any mobile devices in your app. This may take a minute or two, but if you still don't see anything, try completely closing the app and restarting it. If you still don't see anyt
