Not receiving the verification link

Be sure to check your spam folder (and all tabs in Gmail - sometimes it is sent to “promotions”). 

If you still haven't received the verification email, the issue may arise from firewall settings within your email address, especially if you are using a work/corporate/business email address. 

  1. If you need to use your work email, check with your own IT department. 

  2. If you are able, try the same process using your personal email address, there are usually less restrictive settings on personal email.
